Production capabilities available to trade partners
Roll-to-roll graphics
Commercial decals, wall graphics, window graphics, banners, posters, backlits, display graphics, vehicle graphics and other flexible-media applications. Material, ink coverage, laminate, finishing and intended use are confirmed with the scope.
Rigid and flatbed production
Direct print and mounted graphics for approved boards, sheets and panels including display materials, construction signs, retail graphics, event signage and routed components. Substrate type, thickness, finished size and finishing details are required.
Fabric, flags and soft signage
Backdrops, display graphics, flags, banners and selected textile applications can be produced and finished for approved projects. Fabric choice, stretch, opacity, colour expectations, sewing and hardware need to be coordinated together.
Digital cutting, routing and finishing
Contour cutting, kiss cutting, trimming, routing, creasing, laminating, mounting, sewing, grommets, application tape, panel labelling and kit preparation can be included when specified.

Support for complex product categories
Vehicle and fleet graphics
Trade support can include wrap production, decal kits, variable unit data, replacement panels and approved installation. Vehicle make, model, year, body configuration, location and surface condition must be confirmed.
Commercial interiors and architectural graphics
Wall graphics, wallcoverings, BODAQ, 3M DI-NOC, FASARA, etched film, wayfinding, dimensional graphics and approved floor applications can be coordinated after the materials, substrates and site conditions are reviewed. Process Color is a BODAQ-certified installer.
Events and branded environments
Event banners, backdrops, directional signs, display replacements, flags, temporary graphics and multi-component kits can be organized around a fixed event date. The production deadline, in-hand date and installation date must be treated as separate milestones.
Construction and multi-location programs
Rigid signs, banners, fence graphics, window graphics, presentation-centre graphics and location-specific kits can be managed through a schedule that connects every artwork version to its size, quantity, destination and required date.

Files, proofing and colour control
File intake and preflight
Print-ready artwork should include final dimensions or documented scale, adequate image resolution, bleed, safe area, outlined or packaged fonts, linked assets, cut paths, panel breaks, variable-data schedules and finishing layers where applicable.
Preflight identifies common production concerns. It does not replace creative review or customer approval. You remain responsible for spelling, dates, contact information, legal content, brand compliance and final authorization.
Proofing
A PDF proof confirms layout and content but cannot reproduce every material, texture, light source or print characteristic. Jobs with higher colour or fit risk may require a physical sample, test panel or another agreed approval method.
Colour expectations
Colour appearance can change across flexible media, rigid substrates, fabric and architectural finishes. When colour is critical, provide the target values, physical samples, prior production references and intended viewing conditions before production.

Kitting, fulfilment and installation coordination
Kitting and staged releases
Complex jobs can be organized by store, event, site or installation phase. A component schedule should identify each item, artwork version, quantity, finishing method, hardware, destination and required date.
Packing, delivery and shipping
Packing, pickup, shipping, delivery and split shipments can be reviewed with the project. Production completion is different from carrier pickup, arrival or installation completion.
Neutral or blind fulfilment is not automatic. If a shipment must omit Process Color identification or use partner-provided documents, that requirement must be agreed to before production.
Installation support
Installation can be coordinated for approved projects after the location, substrate, access, schedule and scope are reviewed. Site verification, permits, access equipment, surface preparation, removals, electrical work, traffic control and final client communication must have clear owners.
Installation reach, crew dates and after-hours work are project-dependent and are only confirmed with the approved scope.

The 6 Business Day Production Guarantee
For qualifying products in eligible service areas, Process Color guarantees production within six business days or the production is free.
The production clock begins only after Process Color has received and accepted complete print-ready files, all required approvals, confirmed materials, final quantities and complete finishing and destination details.
Revisions, incomplete information, client delays, shipping, delivery, installation, supply issues and circumstances outside Process Color's control are excluded. Eligibility is confirmed when the order is accepted. If the project changes, timing must be reconfirmed.

Who is the Trade Partner Program for?

Will Process Color contact or market to my client?
No. We do not compete for your clients and do not market to them. Any direct communication required for an installation or project must follow the contact path approved with you.
Do you publish trade pricing online?
No. Pricing, account terms and sensitive program details are provided privately to approved partners.
Do I have to outsource all of my production?
No. Use Process Color for overflow, specialized work, equipment backup, finishing, installation or selected recurring product categories.
Is every order covered by the six-day guarantee?
No. The guarantee applies only to qualifying products in eligible service areas and is confirmed at order acceptance after complete files, approvals, materials and order details are received.
Can you ship directly to my customer?
Shipping and neutral fulfilment may be available when agreed in advance. Packaging, documents, carrier, destination access and timing must be included in the approved scope.
Can installation be included?
Installation can be included for approved projects after the location, product, substrate, access and schedule are reviewed.
